I just wanted to say that since I purchased my work pants I have been more than happy with everything. The fit is awesome. I am 6'3" and usually have a hard time finding anything with a 32 waist and a 36 leg. The built in knee pads are better than I expected. I had previously Skiller work pants until there manufacturing plant closed down. Two weeks ago a co-worker was using the shop panel saw, a 10 horse motor, and from over 100 ft away a piece of maple 5ft long and about an inch thick flew from the saw and hit my leg. I had no idea what hit me the pain was intense. I rubbed my leg to feel it and make sure it was ok. Then the blood started coming down my pants. A few co-workers help me get to emergency. The wood moving at such a high speed like a javelin poked a pretty deep hole in my leg. Now 2 weeks later my leg is starting to feel better. I remember at the point of the accident not seeing any hole in my pants??? I look ed a few days after and noticed something amazing! The maple wood hit directly on the seem of my pants! I realized that moment that the wood could have easily made it through or into my leg if I wasn't in that exact position. And not to mention that these pants are made like no other! Any other work pants would never have save me like these did. Thanks Blaklader for saving my leg!!! If you want photos I have them.
Sincerely,
Stephen Stewart

I've been doing concrete formwork for several years now. I've always worn Carhart pants because they are supposedly the best. I must admit, the price of the Blakladers deterred me for some time but about 3 months ago (When my Carharts were shredded and falling apart) I figured I'd switch it up and try something new. Normally within 3 months the knees are worn through, there will be a hole in the center seam, and they will be torn up around the ankles... There is not a scratch on these pants! I dont know what material you guys are using, or your stitchin methods... but whatever it is, never change a thing!! I've already converted 3 of my guys from Dakota/Carhart to these pants. I will continue to do so, because these pants deserve to be the number one most worn pant for the type of work we do.
Sincerely, One very happy customer
